2024 Convention Pow Wow

1. Call to Order
Traditionally, the Pow Wow is called to order after the UTGOP Convention, but this year, the convention was running long. We found a time during the UTGOP Convention to assemble in the room adjacent to the Convention Hall. More than half our participation as this meeting was electronic. 33 members were credentialed.
2. Customs & Traditions
The Chief spoke of the origin of Caucus among the Native populations during the founding of our nation and fielded questions.

4. Approval of Recommended Bylaw Changes
The updates to the bylaws which were previously approved for recommendation to the Convention Pow Wow were presented to the Body. A short question and answer period was held. The adoption of the updated bylaws was moved, seconded, and passed unanimously.
