Meeting was called to order at 18:22. Chief Joseph shared that the Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer had asked to be excused for the meeting. Bob McEntee (former Secretary/Treasurer) filled in as acting Secretary for the meeting.
Five members were present in person with eight more participating digitally.
Chief Joseph shared welcomed those in first-time attendance and shared with the group some of our customs and traditions around our meetings and bylaws.
The minutes from our last meeting were accepted as published, without objection.

Chief Joseph reported on the upcoming (proposed) changes to our bylaws (which were approved to be forwarded to Convention without objection). Questions were fielded, but no objections were raised.
Chief Joseph reported on efforts at recruitment (welcoming two new members at this meeting), and tribal outreach.
Chief Joseph reported on his successful re-petition of auxiliary status to the UTGOP and the frustrations that he experienced in the process.
Chief Joseph read from the UTGOP bylaws regarding the role of auxiliaries, as well as from our bylaws regarding the role of Republican Natives. All were in agreement with Chief Joseph’s interpretations.
The meeting adjourned at the conclusion of business.

B. Auxiliaries. The State Executive Committee shall ensure that groups petitioning for official auxiliary status meet the following minimum criteria:
C. To remain a Party Auxiliary, an Auxiliary shall re-petition prior to the 1st State Central Committee meeting following each State organizing Convention by providing documents meeting criteria established in Section 3B.
D. The State Executive Committee shall also assist and mentor auxiliaries to remain productive in helping the State Party achieve its goals. If the State Executive Committee determines that an auxiliary no longer meets any of the above criteria, it may recommend rescinding the auxiliary status of that group to the State Central Committee.
