1. Call to Order: 5:52pm
Attendance:
- 11 in person
- 13-electronically
- Britshana Barfuss joined us (as a non-member visitor) at this meeting; we extended an invitation to join the Caucus
- Larry Meyers had to leave early to start driving home

Highlights: We had Casey Gale and Aaron Bullen sitting across the table from each other, which made for some very awesome conversations.

5. Officer Reports
Chief’s Report
UT GOP Secretary is asking for birthdates mor Voter ID to be submitted with membership rolls. It was noted that neither Party nor our Organization bylaws require this information.
It was concluded that birthday not be considered due to potential security concerns.
It was concluded that Voter ID may be provided, but as previously noted, is not required and is therefore optional. All existing members who wish to voluntarily provide this information may do so by contacting the UT GOP Secretary directly. The Chief will work with our Technology Group to include this as an optional field on our sign-up/membership form.
Vice-President’s Report
The Vice-President is excused to be at his daughter’s wedding.
Secretary Treasurer’s Report
(As a reminder, this position was combined in our previously adopted Bylaw Amendments.)
$100 donation from Brad Green (non-voting, Affiliate member) was provided to go toward the meal at the prior Quarterly Pow Wow.
