Our Convention will begin as soon as the Utah Republican Party’s Convention is adjourned\, and sufficient time to travel to the venue location is allowed. \n \nAgenda\n1. Call to Order\n\nAttendance: \n\n2. Customs & Traditions\nAs is customary\, our Pow Wows are generally held over food. This year we convene at a local restaurant: \nAsado Argentinian Grill and Cafe\n360 S State St #153\nOrem\, UT 84058 \n3. Adoption of Agenda\n4. Adoption of All Prior Minutes\n5. Officer Reports\nChief’s Report\nVice-President’s Report\nSecretary/Treasurer’s Report\n6. Republican Buffalo Standing Committee\n7. Pow Wow (Committee of the Whole)\n8. Adjourn\n\nFor convenience: \n(4) The general membership shall Pow Wow at least once a year in a Convention.\n(4.1) In odd-numbered years\, the purpose shall be to elect officers of the organization\, and conduct other business.\n(4.2) In even-numbered years\, the purpose shall be to hear reports from the officers\, to conduct business\, and to educate the membership of issues impacting URNAC voters.
