DESCRIPTION:Agenda & Minutes\n1. Call to Order\nTraditionally\, the Pow Wow is called to order after the UTGOP Convention\, but this year\, the convention was running long. We found a time during the UTGOP Convention to assemble in the room adjacent to the Convention Hall. More than half our participation as this meeting was electronic. 33 members were credentialed. \n2. Customs & Traditions\nThe Chief spoke of the origin of Caucus among the Native populations during the founding of our nation and fielded questions. \n3. Officer Reports\n\nSecretary/Treasurer\, Brooks Benson\nVice President\, Bill Olson\nPresident\, Chief Joseph Levi\n\n4. Approval of Recommended Bylaw Changes\nThe updates to the bylaws which were previously approved for recommendation to the Convention Pow Wow were presented to the Body. A short question and answer period was held. The adoption of the updated bylaws was moved\, seconded\, and passed unanimously. \n5. Pow-Wow/Q&A\n6. Elections\n\nSecretary/Treasurer\, Brooks Benson: re-elected by acclimation\nVice President\, Bill Olson: re-elected by acclimation\nPresident\, Chief Joseph Levi: re-elected by acclimation\n\n7. Adjourn
